Patrick Morin joined Transact Capital as Managing Director in 2012 and is now a partner with the firm. Patrick brings with him a wealth of experience in capital raising, deal making, strategic advisory to CEO’s, marketing and revenue generation, along with investment banking and business ownership. As a prominent speaker to industry groups and business, Patrick is well connected to many well known business leaders throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining the Transact, Patrick was Managing Partner of BrightHammer, LLC, a venture management firm that specializes in strategy with an emphasis on sales and marketing development. He worked with select start-ups, growth companies, and turnarounds to stabilize operations and ramp up revenue and employee performance. He was retained by clients in the multifamily, pharmaceutical/medical, financial services, real estate, and professional services industries.
Prior to BrightHammer, he was seven years as Senior Vice President with Cornerstone Realty Income Trust, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-traded company that owned and operated over 24,000 apartments.
From 1993 – 2012, Patrick was with Dale Carnegie Training. He was ranked among the top three instructors globally and was a member of the elite Global Delivery Team.
While a member of the National Speakers Association, he has personally conducted over 1,100 keynotes and training meetings for businesses, associations, government agencies and community groups. Notable groups he’s addressed are: ICSC, Medical Group Management Associations, NASA, Grubb and Ellis Apartment REIT, the National Ground Intelligence Center, AIMCO, Wachovia Bank, and Bank of America. Mr. Morin appears on television, radio, and in print as an authority in his field. He also wrote a weekly column on sales for the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal.
In addition to having served on the boards of several local charities, Mr. Morin served on the Board of Directors for Wintergreen Resort, the YMCA, and The Franks Foundation.

Matt Kanne

Matt spent the last two plus years handling a variety of transactions for Transact Capital Partners in the lower middle market, including the real estate related sales, valuations, and strategies. Prior to his joining Transact, Matt worked as a real estate portfolio manager at Atlantic Union Bank (formerly Xenith Bank). There he gained wide exposure to the commercial lending environment including underwriting, structuring terms, and managing client expectations.

Lala Korall

Lala has more then 30 years of expertise in Business Development. She helps companies expand nationally and internationally while supervising all facets of project management. Lala is also a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia and she works with investors in Commercial Real Estate, helping them build portfolios of properties generating high yields and returns.
With her international background, Lala helps bridge the cultural and commercial differences, between international companies and the US economic, political and commercial sectors. She started her business development and real estate career in 1985, while attending Harvard University where she graduated with honors in economics and political science. Lala also holds an MBA Degree in Management from the University of Maryland. She has lived in Europe, Israel, and the United States, is fluent in English, French, Hebrew, and Dutch, and is conversational in German and other languages. As such, she is sensitive to the negotiation and business styles of different countries and cultures, a valuable advantage given the international focus of her work.
Lala is savvy in strategic planning, business negotiations and project management with a successful track record generating, penetrating, and closing multi-million dollar contracts. She works mainly in the B2B and PPP spaces. She has helped companies access millions of dollars in public funding at the local and state level. Lala has worked with project teams in financing, management, engineering and business development, at Fortune 500 companies such as Applied Materials, HP, Creo/Kodak Company, Kla- Tencor, Danaher Corporation, Dominion Resources, where understanding the cultural diversity has enabled her to bridge the cognitive differences between engineering and suppliers bringing projects to a successful conclusion.
Lala enjoys working with small to medium size companies, is a hands-on manager and a team player. She has helped companies reach and exceed their targets by bringing the appropriate people and resources together. Prior to establishing European Business Development Inc, she started 3 companies that continue to be successful businesses today.
In 1994, the “Lady Globes Magazine”, – a monthly issue of the daily leading financial newspaper “Globes”, voted Lala as one of the top five Business Women in Israel.
She was a member of the Parliamentary Subcommittee for the Advancement of Women in the Workplace and Economy in Israel, she contributed to new legislation to improve the situation of women-owned businesses.
She enjoys helping teenagers and the younger business generation find their path in life.
She has also been active and on the board of organizations such as

Leslie Garry

Leslie is an Associate and Senior Valuation Analyst for Transact Capital with more than 15 years of experience working in the investment banking arena. Before coming to Transact, Leslie was a senior associate for Curtis Financial Group in Philadelphia, PA, responsible for deal management assistance, research and lead roles on valuation assignments. Prior to CFG, she worked for the investment banking firm Alpha Omega Capital Partners in Richmond, VA for five years, in roles including deal management assistance, preparing offering memorandums and valuations.

David Kadycz

David has been with Transact for three years, starting as an analyst and advancing to associate He has a background in International Commercial Real Estate investments. Prior to joining Transact Capital, David worked for I-Deals LLC, where he was part of an international team, responsible for in-depth evaluations of potential investments for an Israeli- American equity group.
In addition to his experience as an Analyst David brings with him a unique background. Having been born in Israel to Belgian parents, David is fluent in English, French and Hebrew.
David has lived in the U.S for 12 years and was graduated from James Madison University, Magna Cum Laude, in 2018 with a degree in International Business. David has completed both his Series 79 and Series 63.

Luc Maestrello

Luc is a first-year analyst with previous real estate experience, specifically in real estate analytics. Before joining Transact, Luc worked for Twiddy and Company, an Outer Banks real estate group, across their strategy and finance divisions. There he provided data and financial modeling as well as assisting in new operational ventures. Luc also has experience in startups, having served as CFO of a local Richmond company.
Luc attended Hampden-Sydney College and obtained his B.S. in Business Economics and Biochemistry/Molecular Biology. He also went to the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William and Mary, where he earned an M.S. in Business Analytics and an MBA with a concentration in Finance.

Susan Clark

Susan is an Office Manager for Transact Capital with more than 10 years of experience leading teams. Before coming to Transact, Susan was a Director of youth ministries, leading teams and mission trips throughout the east coast. Susan was also a speaker at conferences and advisor to new Directors in the Richmond District. She volunteers her time to Pay it Forward, a nonprofit rehousing homeless people in the Richmond area.
Susan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has two daughters and a yellow lab named Finn.
